We think of hair as an outward expression of self. Creativity, uniqueness, and boldness are crafted to one's individual hair. This is a safe place for all to explore their own expression and what that looks like to them. We are proud to service our community with love, support, and compassion. ~More Hair Hands~ ⚠️GUIDELINES & POLICY⚠️ Please read all the info below before booking your appointment. 💳 DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS💳 • We are an appointment only operating suite. A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure your spot. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of service. •The payment account created is for deposits only. Cash will only be accepted at the time of service. • The remaining balance is CASH ONLY and due at the end of your service. 📅SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS 📅 ▪︎If the style you want is not listed, text 575-694-2303 to verify if the style can be provided. Please allow 24–48 hours for a reply. ▪︎ No extra guests are allowed during the appointment with the exception of children having one guardian. Accommodations can be made if traveling with other parties. (48 -hour notice is required.) ▪︎Wash services are available by appointment availability only. ⏰️LATE POLICY⏰️ ▪︎Please call to notify us if you are going to be late. ▪︎After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited. ▪︎A 20% fee of your scheduled service will be charged for all NO CALL/NO SHOWS 💇🏾♀️TIME OF SERVICE 💇🏾♀️ 🚿Wash and blow dry services are available by appointment availability only. ▪︎To provide quality service we request for the clients hair to be washed, detangled, and properly blown out if you did not schedule a wash in your service. If the client arrives with hair that is dirty, has buildup, or extremely tangled we will not be able to provide service and you will have to reschedule. ▪︎Images and videos recordings may be taken during the time off service. Cancellation Policy
You are allotted 1 Reschedule per deposit if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.
All cancellations not completed within 48 hours will result to your deposit being forfeited.
